This bright white powder is filled with white glow powder making it extremely bright (and heavy).  This is our most dense powder in stock! You will notice that your jar may only be half full and that is due to the extreme density in this powder. This particular powder has more glow powder than any other glow powder we’ve made. I wanted to ensure the brightest, whitest glow possible. Glows best when charged in a bright light, but even without charging this under a light, you are still going to get a glow.

Also, glow powders do not continuously glow without being charged. For the best results, you will need to recharge them.
